At Lucky Paws, your satisfaction and your pet’s happiness are our top priorities. We stand behind the quality of our products. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned. Our return and refund policy is designed to be fair, straightforward, and hassle-free.

Our Core Policy

We offer returns and refunds for items in new, unused, and resalable condition within 30 days of delivery. Your item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Please Note: For the health and safety of all pets, we cannot accept returns on the following items:

  • Opened or used pet food, treats, or supplements.
  • Chewed toys, used grooming tools, or opened hygiene products.

The Return Process (Simple & Easy)

Just follow these three steps to initiate a return:

  1. Contact Us Within 30 Days
    Email us at 865765837qq@Gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will respond promptly with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  2. Pack & Ship Your Return
    Securely pack the item(s) in the original or a similar shipping box. Please include the RMA number inside the package. Ship your return to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
  3. Inspection & Refund
    Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Refund Details

  • Timing: Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and passes our inspection.
  • Amount: You will receive a refund for the full purchase price of the returned item(s).
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a wrong or defective item).

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

We’re sorry if this happens! Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at 865765837qq@Gmail.com with photos/video of the issue and your order number. We will quickly arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs, at your discretion. Please do not return damaged/defective items without first contacting us.

Return Shipping Address

Please do not send returns to our public-facing business address. We will provide a dedicated returns address via email after you initiate your return request.
